Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has stated that the brilliance of the state's young people involved with start-ups will be utilized for the benefit of the state. These entrepreneurs will train other young people to establish their enterprises.
The state's youth policy will be well-thought-out. Before finishing it, important recommendations will be considered. The comments collected from other teenagers, especially successful youngsters connected with start-ups, will serve as the framework for developing the state's youth policy. This policy was supposed to be disclosed this month but will be released in February.
Chouhan stated that the youngsters are also excited about the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas and the Global Investors Conference. A large number of young people are taking part in these events. The state's skills will not be stifled. GIS will be in charge of preparing trained personnel by identifying future investment possibilities in different areas. Commercial organizations would be considered for providing training facilities.
The state has approximately 2600 licensed startups. There are also about 40 incubators in operation. In 11 months, the state's startup policy produced positive outcomes. Women are in charge of over a thousand startups. The new strategy also includes provisions for startup aid.
The Chief Minister stated that efforts would be made to build industrial zones in Jabalpur and Indore, boost humanitarian organizations' collaboration in training, enhance marketing and shipment of the state's products and millets, and gradually connect farmers to organic agriculture. According to Chief Minister Chouhan, the Indore IT park shuttered almost 15 years ago. As a result of the development of the super corridor and development in many areas, young people will be able to find work.
Today, Chouhan met with several successful young entrepreneurs, notably Anubhav Dubey, Anand Nayak, Rahul Patidar of Chai-Sutta Bar, Tanutejas Saraswat of Kirana Shop, Narendra Sen of Rack Bank, Abhishek Dubey of Muskaan Dream, Mayank Pratap Singh, and others.
This concept was realized by providing traditional Indian tea coffee at the bar table. Both Satna pals joined the start-up after finishing their studies in Indore. Tanutejas Saraswat of Shop Kirana stated that he runs approximately one lakh small stores in 15 cities with a workforce of 1500 individuals. Similarly, Narendra Sen operates Rack Bank, which provides IT services. Abhishek works with one lakh children through Muskaan Dream. Along with teaching students digital literacy, they aim to make teachers technologically knowledgeable. Super Sourcing has emerged as the go-to site for start-ups around the country looking to hire tech workers.
