Power lines in Indore would be Shifted for Constructing Elevated Viaducts

Indore has won the title of the cleanest city of India for the third time. Everywhere Indore is leading to paving the path of being a metro city. You can see the constructions everywhere for the development and betterment of the city. In this series of construction and development, Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL) has the projects of building viaduct at several areas in Indore. For this, MPMRCL has approached to MPPTCL, (MP Power Transmission Company Limited) to shift the electricity lines carrying 132 KV power. These lines are now led from Raddison square to Bhawarsala square. MPMRCL has to construct a viaduct track for the railway lines.

MPPRCL also proposed Line-III tracks connecting Palasiz square, Khajrana to Vijay Nagar, Bapat square, airport and Ramchandra Nagar in Indore. This railway track will be an elevated track which would be 19.27 km metro corridor and 3.22km will be constructed as an underground metro corridor connecting Rajwada, Bada Ganapati and Railway station in Indore.  

With all these, MPPRCL has a proposal for connecting the super corridor in Indore and MR 10 via 7.09 km long overpass for the trains.

Therefore, MPPRCL has been approaching the MPPTCL to keep all the obstacles aside from the progress and development of the city. It urges to shift the power lines for building the proposed viaducts for railway tracks.

Taking action on this plea, the team of the experts and engineers from power transmission company and metro rail corporation is all set to find the viable alternates for continuing the electricity distribution meanwhile the project would go and then the distribution of electricity after all the power lines would have been shifted. The senior officer of the MPPTCL has told that all the expenses in the shifting of power lines would be borne by the metro rail cor[oration while the technical assistance will be done by the MPPTCL collaboratively. Nivedita, the ADM officer assure the support of district administration for building the tracks and yards.

With the above proposals, Indore will pave the path towards the metro city and therefore the people are getting fascinated towards the residential property and for the commercial lands.
