IDA Selling Land, New Stadium to be Built on Super Corridor Indore

Madhya Pradesh cricket association wants the land for the stadium in Indore that is why IDA is selling land to gift city a new stadium. The process of selling land will be done through the render.

MPCA will check the standard of the land first to see if it is fit to become an international level stadium then they will show interest in buying it.

The Holkar stadium of Indore hosted many international cricket matches but now the stadium proves to be small in terms of the number of spectators and parking and other facilities. It has a capacity of 30,000 and is built by MPCA. Because of this problem, MPCA asked IDA for the land for the stadium eight years ago and also written a letter to the government in this concern.

Properties in Indore are built with the permission of IDA and from that IDA’s scheme no. 151 and 169-B a land of 13 hectares is allotted for the stadium. This stadium will have not just cricket but also table tennis, badminton and many more.  

IDA allot land and because of that the residential property projects here are a lot and the flats for sale are affordable as well.
