With the growing number of startups and entrepreneurs, the need has risen to build startup parks that offer all the amenities and facilities to the young entrepreneurs and make Indore transformed into Modern Indore.
Indore development authority will build a start-up park on the land of 20 hectares at the super corridor. IDA has invited tenders for the project. The start-up park involves an investment of about 450 crores. This start-up park will accommodate a great number of startups in Indore.
The CEO of IDA Mr. Vivek Shotriya said that tenders have been invited for architectural consultancy and master planning globally to build the 450-crore start-up park at the super corridor, Indore.
The project will be conducted in different phases. In the first phase, a multi-storey complex will be built. The complex is full of amenities which are really suited for offices. Spaces will be allotted to different entrepreneurs in the start-up park on lease at a fixed amount. The Madhya Pradesh government is working to present the start-up policy soon.
Indore's MP Mr. Shankar Lalwani said that although the final start-up policy has not been decided yet soon the program will be finalized and decided.
As per the records, there are about 450 startups in Indore out of which nearly 250 start-ups are to be started soon. The start-up policy will help the young entrepreneurs to finance their ideas by providing them with capital. There are a number of startup parks already there in the city but due to the ever-growing number of startups, there is a need to build startup parks which are accommodated with all the amenities needed for a workspace.
The start-up policy which is to be launched soon will also help the entrepreneurs by providing them with discounted electricity, reasonable rent, etc. The flats in Indore have great facilities at a very reasonable rate. You can find fully furnished, semi-furnished flats with 1BHK, 2BHK, or 3BHK apartments whichever suits your needs.
All these efforts by the State government will make Indore a startup-friendly city and will offer a number of opportunities to the people.
