The plots under IDA are large enough with 2-2.5 lakh square feet sizes that are making the corporate investors more excited to buy plots in this region. However, the farmers, who had been given the plots earlier, are selling their plots at their level while the residential property under IDA is the most awaiting property for sale. IDA had first decided not to sale the plots as many plots of the super corridor were not its under but for now, IDA has put the available plots forward for selling. For this, the tender is supposed to pass in April for selling these plots in super corridor.
Registry of farmer’s plots has been started
Now the IDA has started the registry of the plots those were given to the farmers. Initially, under 151 and 169 A corridor planning, the plots were allotted to farmers just in paperwork but from April onwards IDA would be starting the registry of the farmer’s plots.
Modern Development has been encouraged
In super corridor location, along with PSP land uses various activities are also validated by IDA. The master plan has a separate provision for land use in the super corridor, Indore. Initially, only the non-polluting activities were included in master plans but now for the development purpose, various amendments have been done to include those activities encouraging and contributing to the development. IDA is entitled to make the supposed changed in the master plan.
