The plots under IDA are large enough with 2-2.5 lakh square feet sizes that are making the corporate investors more excited to buy plots in this region. However, the farmers, who had been given the plots earlier, are selling their plots at their level while the residential property under IDA is the most awaiting property for sale. For this, the tender is supposed to pass in April for selling these plots in super corridor.
