Super Corridor will be Furnished with the States’s Tallest Building with 25 Stories

With the goals of development, the Indore city is rising on the top. Recently, High Rise Building Committee of Indore has given the green signal for the construction of rocketing 25-story building at super corridor Indore. This project of IDA worths 300 crores. Everything has been decided in the meeting held in the IMC in the presence of Mr. Kumar Purushottam, the CEO of IDA and Mr. Ashish Singh, IMC Commissioner. IMC commissioner had presided the meeting and featured the highlights of the rocketing building.

In this important meeting, there were other important members of the Indore present. Mr. Rajesh Nangal, the joint-director, Town and Country Planning, officers of fire brigade department, PWD superintending engineer. Nevertheless, IDA has handed over the project of Super Corridor to the Doshi and Associates firm. It’s architect Mr.  KK Doshi, in the meeting, had given detailed information about the construction of a 25-story building.

Mr. Purushottam was proud to announce 25-story building as the tallest building in the state. It would be elevated at a  height if 75 meters. The building will be comprised of an IT company and mall in the building. Also, a five-star hotel is proposed to be constructed on the fifth floor.

In the press, IDA chairmain, Mr. Shankar Lalwani has assured the sooner start of the project. He has said that tender has already been floated and therefore the project will be as soon as possible for the ultimate development of the the Indore city.

Highlights of the 25-story tall building

1. 75-meter height

2. Based on the Green concept and lesser electricity consumption.

3. Gym and recreational center on the 4th floor.

4. A food court on the fifth floor with two conference halls on the same floor.

5. 6-story parking area with 3 overground and 3 underground lots.

6. 2 open terrace for the residents.

7. Solar power based.

8. 5000 sqft commercial space for open use.

Conclusion:

A super corridor is flourishing all around with the commercial property and residential property in Indore. There are many residential flats for sale in Super corridor with luxurious amenities.
