Indore Development Authority to Decide on Rs 1,100cr Projects in Next Board Meeting

The Indore development authority has taken decisions on important projects in Indore, worth 1100 crores which includes the start-up park worth 450 crores on the super corridor. These decisions will be taken in the next meeting of the Indore development authority, which is likely to be held soon.

Recently the authority has received various tenders for the three flyovers in Indore which have to be approved soon and work orders to be issued.

The decision regarding the appointment of the architect for the construction of the start-up park which is spread over 20 acres on the super corridor is also to be taken. The start-up park is worth 450 crores. 

Some other important decisions have also to be taken in the board meeting by the members including the development works to be started in the four TPS schemes which are approved by the Indore government. In the previous Indore development authority board meeting the investment of 500 crores was approved for these development projects. Tenders for these works are now being invited.

A tender worry of 47.23 crores has already been received for the Bhawar Kuan flyover 

from Indore's Ferro Concrete Consulting India Pvt Ltd. The tenders for khajrana square and luv kush square have also been received by the Indore development authority however they were not opened due to the model code of conduct. As per the news, these tenders will also be opening soon.

IDA has assumed the cost of these two flyovers as 117 crores, in which 62 crores will be invested in the construction of luv kush flyover and the rest in the khajrana flyover. The exact amount can only be known once the tenders are opened for these flyovers.
